No Pass, No Pay

A refund from the basic tuition of $875 less $350 for nutrition and course materials for four (4) day conferences and the basic tuition of $1,075 less $420 for nutrition and course materials for six (6) day conferences will be made if you fail the board examination in the same year you attended the board review. In order to apply for the refund you will need to send us a copy of your failing test scores (with detailed breakdown by subject area) and the official failure letter within thirty (30) days of their release date. Your board review and exam MUST be taken in the same year. Upon our verification of your attendance to all lectures and advance shipment of the course textbook prior to attendance, the above described refund will be issued. The 'No Pass No Pay' is not applicable to the Home Study package.

Refunds are issued from the basic tuition NOT for additional study materials.


Cancellation

If written cancellation is received 4 weeks prior to the start of your course, a full refund of the basic tuition minus $99 processing charge, $25 shipping and handling, and the cost of any materials sent (at your request) will be issued. NO refunds will be issued after this time due to hotel contracts (You may still change your conference location within 4 weeks of start date for a $75 transfer fee). Please remember that all Packages are at a discounted rate.


Late Fee

A $75 late fee will apply if registration occurs within 4 weeks of the conference start date. Onsite registrations for all courses is an additional $100.00


Transfer Fee

Once registration has been taken a $75 transfer fee will be charged for location changes due to hotel contracts. Please do not make hotel or airline reservations until after you have received your confirmation letter / receipt via email


Refunds

Refunds are issued from the basic tuition NOT for additional study materials. No refunds will be given on any audio products (MP3). A one time replacement product will be provided if you can provide proof of a defective product. A proof of purchase is required for all refunds, exchanges or replacements.


Shipping Policy

Educational Testing Consultants ships all new orders within 2 business days of receipt. When possible, all new orders ship same day using USPS or UPS. In the unlikely event that a package does not arrive in a timely manner, please contact Educational testing consultants and we will attempt to track the package and correct any delays to the greatest extent possible.


Privacy Policy

Educational Testing Consultants collects personal information such as names, addresses, email addresses, and credit card information when voluntarily submitted by our customers. The information you provide is used to complete the requested purchase or registration.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees of Education Testing Consultants have access to customer information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings. Your information will never be sold or sold for marketing purposes.

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
