Policies
A refund from the basic tuition of $975.00 (less $350.00 for nutrition and course materials for a four (4) day course) and the basic tuition of $1,175.00 (less $420.00 for a six (6) day course) will be made if you fail the board examination and thereby lose your board certification anytime within two (2) years immediately following the course. In order to apply for the refund you will need to send us a copy of your failing scores, the official failure letter and a copy of your original CME certificate within thirty (30) days of their release. Upon our verification of your attendance at all lectures, advanced shipment of the course textbook and receipt of your signed guarantee prior to attendance, a refund will be issued. The No Pass, No Pay Guarantee is not applicable to the home study package.
Cancellation
If written cancellation is received 4 weeks prior to the start of your course, a full refund of the basic tuition minus $99 processing charge, $25 shipping and handling, and the cost of any materials sent (at your request) will be issued. NO refunds will be issued after this time due to hotel contracts (You may still change your conference location within 4 weeks of start date for a $75 transfer fee). Please remember that all Packages are at a discounted rate.
Late Fee
A $75 late fee will apply if registration occurs within 4 weeks of the conference start date.
Transfer Fee
Once registration has been taken a $75 transfer fee will be charged for location changes due to hotel contracts. Please do not make hotel or airline reservations until after you have received your confirmation letter / receipt via email
Refunds
No refunds will be given on any audio products (MP3). A one time replacement product will be provided if you can provide proof of a defective product. A proof of purchase is required for all refunds, exchanges or replacements.
