Shipping: A shipping charge of $25 dollars will be applied to course orders. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 days for express. If registering within 10 days of a conference, a $50 overnight shipping fee will added to your order. This overnight fee will cover shipping of your course materials directly to the conference site.
There is a $25 charge to replace CME certificates.
